2 Timber frame houses

For this project our clients required 2  large  bungalows with living area within the roof space.

we carried out all:-

• Structural engineering for the super structure

• Full onsite manufacturer and erection of the timber frame

• Full insulation throughout

• Plaster boarded & Dry lined

• 1st & 2nd fix carpentry

A few weeks into the project our clients acquired a buyer for there current home so we needed to speed up the build program on the first property.  we worked hard with them and managed to get them in early, every build is the most inpotant to us as it will be there home.
