Stick built houses

These two story timber framed properties were manufactured and erected on site excluding the need for large delivery lorry’s and cranes benefiting  the client on a small site with less disturbance to neighbouring properties.

Timber framing was chosen for faster erection and improved insulation for the properties as well as the sustainability benefits.

Once the timber frame was in place we were able to fit the roof trusses and facias leaving the building ready for follow on trades completing to schedule.
